As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for various tasks related to materials handling, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Essential Duties:

• Operate forklift a fork truck in a safe and orderly manner and able to use forklift to pull stack cable properly, unload and load trucks.
• Fabricate and package materials according to specifications.
• Perform order picking and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Adhere to OSHA guidelines and safety protocols at all times.
• Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse processes.
• Able to handle all paperwork associated with receiving and shipping raw materials, accessories and customer orders.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions and work with a minimum supervision.
• Must show sufficient product knowledge to be able to understand cable part numbers, identify cables, work instructions, and proper reel sizes to be used.
• Demonstrate the ability to understand all customer and production orders and complete all Necessary paperwork.
• Demonstrate the ability to cut proper lengths of cable with minimal waste while meeting required output quantities.
• Be able to set up and adjust rewind equipment properly to maintain correct traverse, tension and speed.
• Demonstrate the ability to use all quality test instruments and cable monitoring equipment including Field Fox, Analyzer for jumper testing, label printer, sparker, counters, etc. to detect quality issues and take appropriate action.
• Be able to identify connectors and accessories by part number, description, or sight, and be able to properly fill orders without mistakes.
• Be able to handle all computer and paperwork requirements when preparing orders, printing Labels, shipping product and maintaining correct inventory.
• Demonstrate the ability to meet output production goals while maintaining proper quality and safety standards.
• Able to properly package cable and accessories for shipments.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and work with a minimum supervision.
• Mechanical knowledge for machinery maintenance.
• Experience in materials handling and packaging.
• Ability to perform order fulfillment efficiently.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations for workplace safety.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50lbs
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
