Join Danfoss Power Solutions as a Strategic Buyer, where you will play a key role in keeping our procurement operations running smoothly. You will work closely with internal stakeholders—including engineering, operations, and quality—to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

As the cornerstone of our team, your expertise will be essential in ensuring supplier performance, resolving purchasing issues, and driving operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead essential operational procurement tasks, including:

Supplier Performance & Issue Resolution

• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement corrective action plans as needed.

• Proactively identify and resolve supplier-related issues.

• Support pricing and cost management activities.

• Act as the first-level escalation point for factory-related procurement issues.

Procurement Operations & Process Handling

• Support internal and external forecast understanding and clarifications.

• Maintain accurate vendor and material master data.

Supplier Compliance & Risk Management

• Drive and support supplier change requests through the Change Management process.

• Manage supplier risk and ensure business continuity.

• Maintain accurate records in relevant systems for all sourcing activities.

• Participate in cross-functional risk assessments.

• Handle debit notes for returned parts.

Background & Skills

We are seeking a structured and proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. Ideally, you bring:

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics—or a relevant educational background.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.

• A problem-solving mindset and confidence in managing supplier interactions.
