<p>As Assistant Head of School, you will support Bezos Academy schools with children ages three through five as part of a growing multi-state network of high quality, tuition-free, Montessori-inspired preschools in under-resourced communities. You will work closely with the Head of School in Glendale to ensure smooth school operations, build a strong family community, develop teaching staff, and support the educational experience for each child in every classroom. You bring leadership and management experience, and a passion for our mission to expand access to high quality preschool in under-resourced communities. Starting salary will vary by qualifications and prior experience.</li> <li>This role includes 15 paid days of vacation, 4 days of paid personal time off,<strong> </strong>and 9 paid days of sick (care) time prorated based on your position start date, as well as&nbsp;9 paid holidays, 5 paid days off for an organization-wide winter break, and additional time off if required by applicable law.
