- Develop, design, create, modify, or test software applications or systems for various products or software services.
- Develop a strong understanding of relevant product area, codebase, or systems.
- Produce high-quality code with good test coverage using modern abstractions and frameworks.
- May be assigned to specific group focused on product or infrastructure.
- Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Follow internal development standards from developing to releasing code.
- Requires 5% Domestic US travel.
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
- Requires 24 months of experience in the following skills:
- 1. Java
- 2. Python
- 3. C#
- 4. SQL, MYSQL and database design principles
- 5. Designing and implementing systems using data structures and algorithms
- 6. Version Control Systems using Git and Gerrit
- 7. XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and different frameworks for web development
- 8. Continuous Integration or Deployment (CI/CD) including Jenkins
- 9. Designing large scalable systems and solving complex software issues
- 10. Software unit testing and debugging
- 11. Writing unit tests
- 12. Using debugging tools to solve issues.
