Job Description
Brightspeed is in search for a Sr Program Manager in this role your duties will include:
- Builds and maintains relationships within assigned territory..
- Works with developers, HOA’s, end user customers and internal engineering and construction teams to create service solutions.
- Maintains overall communication and throughout the development life cycle.
- Manages project team activities; analyzes and provides appropriate solutions; implements solutions that leverage technology to accomplish stated strategic business objectives.
- Demonstrates action-oriented leadership and problem solving abilities to overcome project implementation roadblocks.
- Develops integrated program plans that account for multiple project deliverables.
- Establishes and facilitates meetings to enhance teamwork and communicate process and procedure updates.
- Coordinates projects and programs across multiple business groups to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
- Understands, evaluates, and balances Brightspeed’s ability to deliver new products, services and technologies within budgetary and scheduling guidelines.
- Effectively communicates program status, risks and issues to leadership, and presents options and recommendations for resolution.
- Manages customer communications on behalf of leadership.
- Ensures cross functional alignment and SLA tracking/reporting for critical customer interactions.
- Ensures the successful transition of completed developments to Brightspeed sales teams.

Qualifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Business, Communications, or similar) or equivalent years of program and/or project management work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the construction and work with single family and multi-family home national developers and builders.
- Strong history and understanding of residential and/or small business broadband, voice and video service solutions.
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to work independently with cross-functional, virtual teams with minimal supervision.
- Ability to identify trends, assess knowledge gaps and communicate recommendations for improvement to a leadership audience.
- Strength in creating and delivering consulting-level project plans and presentations
- Action-oriented and creative thinker who can focus on detailed implementation and execution.
- Outstanding organization and time management skills; a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives independently in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to effectively operate within diverse and cross-functional groups.
- Ability to travel at times throughout a multi-state territory.
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record (MVR check may be required)
