Job Description
Carat is searching for a Senior Manager, Media Solutions – for Paid Search team to support one of its largest clients, a global tech giant. Reporting to the Director, Business Transformation, you will be responsible for designing and deploying automation solutions to the business to solve for complex operational problems with holistic technical solutions within the digital marketing space. Projects will include automated QA of bulk-sheets, automated workflows for approvals, and implementing scripts to create efficiencies within the Paid Search function
This position will need to develop and maintain strong relationships with technology partners, account team members, and stakeholders across Paid Search teams and client points of contact.
You Will:
· Lead prototyping/feasibility and solution design phases to estimate project workload and setup automation projects for success
· Ensure automation solutions meet business requirements and efficiently track general and solution specific KPIs
· Identify optimal use of existing software functionalities to streamline existing process for automation solutions
· Work with channel teams (primarily Paid Search) on plans and understanding of relevant technical details.
· Build custom solutions to solve specific client needs or allow for experimentation.
o Solutions will include, but not be limited to, scripts, office software workflows, and dashboarding tools.
· Assist with partner and ad tech reviews, and with the maintenance of information around partner and ad tech capabilities to inform internal decisions.
· Develop internal training and education resources with the goal of increasing internal technical competence across channel team members.
· Contributes to the development of dentsu media automation initiatives.
· Aid in making decisions about the integration of these initiatives within dentsu media, in alignment with channel team needs and strategic imperatives.
· Engage with the Product engineering team on solution requests, comms and project prioritization.
Qualifications
You Have:
· 4-5+ years of relevant experience.
· Ability to dig into new technologies and understand their practical application to business problems
· A passion for finding the simplest, yet most effective solution for business problems
· Ability to understand the obstacles between a user case’s current practice, best practice, and how automation can drive next practice
· A knack for brokering information between technical roles and business-facing roles
· Previous design and deployment experience with automation platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Catalytic, JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell. Must have experience in at least 2 of these listed platforms is required.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $59,000-$92,000. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
