Compensation Range
Hourly: $34.05 - $45.45 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to provide reporting, business intelligence and analysis to the Commercial Payments Line of Business and functional department management.
Essential Functions
Develop and schedule releases for very complex relationship pricing model(s) and customer level profitability
Develop new reports and dashboards ranging from sales metrics to financial trends to portfolio analysis
Setup databases with various levels of complexity for aiding in the explanation of P&L financial variances
Perform data management type initiatives which may require pulling and sending data from one, or more, system(s) or department(s) to another
Ensure data cleanliness and accuracy within the database table/relationship structure
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems/repositories for data analysis and consumption
Plan and facilitate regular meetings with work group and leadership within the company
Simplify very complex data to draw observations for all levels of management
Create new ways to review data differently and articulate findings to management
Coordinate efforts and track progress of multiple groups that are working on related projects or tasks
Actively participate with other data team members to enhance department processes
Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analyst if necessary
Schedule, structure and facilitate working sessions to develop/build consensus on data items or terms with different applications or interpretations in different departments.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Intermediate knowledge of financial analysis, pricing, profitability and profit/loss statements
Intermediate knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and manage relationships with wide variety of business units
Ability to communicate technical information/concepts to non-technical audiences
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to utilize best practices in data design concepts
Ability to establish and meet deadlines consistently
Strong meeting management skills that include scheduling, agenda planning, and decision summaries
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or equivalent combination of education and experience required
3+ years of work-related experience in systems, data management, data science required
Experience with business intelligence, data warehousing, statistical analysis or visualization platforms required
Experience using querying and visualization tools such as Business Objectives, BI Tools, SAS, SQL, MS Access, etc. required
Experience designing, managing and continually improving business processes preferred
Experience developing organizational policies and procedures and imple
