What You’ll Do
Samsung Semiconductor, Inc. (DSA) is a world leader in Memory, Storage, System LSI, LED, and LCD technologies. The Associate Manager for Memory products at Samsung Semiconductor, Inc. based in San Jose, California will be responsible for managing the sales activities supporting specific customer business by using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the products/services to their needs resulting in revenue generation.
Our sales team operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, offering daily challenges and opportunities to innovate and problem-solve. You will join a collaborative and support team environment where your contributions are valued, and teamwork is key to achieving collective goals.
Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time.

- Aggregating customer & sales forecast.
- Collaborate with key decision makers at HQ for demand planning.
- Work with cross-functional teams to manage NAND product revenue generation.
- Create and align sales forecast, delivering monthly revenue goals.
- Maintain awareness of and communicate internally to Device Solutions America/Korea sales and marketing teams regarding major market trends, customer strategies, and competitive activity.
- International business travel to Korea/Asia to support customer meetings as needed.
- Research on NAND product news, e.g., quarterly reports, annual reports, news on product launches, etc.
- Communicate and collaborate with DSK sales and DSA Ops teams to resolve operational issues to achieve revenue goals.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of experience, ideally in semiconductor industry.
- Fluent Written/Verbal Communication Skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and people skills with a keen eye for detail.
