Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for our Employee Health Services department. This is your opportunity to care for your colleagues while doing the work you love in the beautiful Coulee region of La Crosse, Wisconsin.
What you will do:
Fulfill 80 hours per two weeks; 1.0 FTE
Work 8-hour day shifts with rotating start times of 0700, 0730, and 0800. No weekends, holidays, or call obligations!
Provide employee health services to Gundersen Health System employees, students and volunteers.
Conduct new employee visits, including obtaining med history, immunizations, basic nursing assessments, phlebotomy, drug screen collection
Educate and support employee wellness by running fit testing clinics, providing PAPR and PPE training, nicotine cessation, providing immunizations, phone triage, exposure management, and more
Department is located on the 3rd floor of the Main Clinic on the La Crosse campus

What you need:
Minimum of associate or bachelor's degree in nursing
Minimum of 6 months of RN experience in the health care setting is required; the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of RN experience
RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire
Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
The ideal candidate will have established critical thinking skills, professionalism, and flexibility.
