Our Office Specialists are a key player in providing clerical support to caseworkers and supervisors at the Child Welfare agency.
Join our dedicated Child Welfare (CWP) team in Beaverton as a Support Staff member (Office Specialist 2).

Summary of Duties
As an employee working within the Child Welfare Program, you will have an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Oregon’s most vulnerable children and families. As Support Staff (Office Specialist 2), you will provide:
Administrative and Records Support:
Maintain the lobby, answer phones, answer inquiries and explain rules and policies.
Distribute and issue parking permits (employees), issue cash vouchers, bus passes, fishing, parent milage and logs transactions (TRACS, OR-Kids)
Case Management, Contract and Coordinator Support:
Assist protective service staff with data entry into OR-Kids.
Request records which may include, but is not limited to, police reports, out of state histories, court records, physical or mental health records.
