Job Description

The primary goal of this position is to leverage SAP Business Systems to optimize and enhance business processes across the organization, focusing specifically on areas of logistics, inventory, and warehouse management. This role involves working with high-level business unit executives to identify strategic SAP-enabled opportunities, providing leadership in planning, development, and delivery of effective information systems, and driving the integration of SAP with external systems.

Responsibilities

• Business Process Analysis & Improvement: Work directly with business unit clients to understand specific processes and drivers related to SAP LE, IM, WM/EWM systems. Identify and communicate resulting needs and opportunities for SAP-enabled business process improvement.
• Technology Investigation & Strategy Development: Investigate existing SAP capabilities and explore new solutions for logistics, inventory, and warehouse management. Develop integrated information management strategies that align with business goals.
• Compliance & Evaluation: Ensure all SAP activities comply with corporate and divisional policies. Identify emerging needs and evaluate SAP solutions using best practices.
• Strategic Business Opportunities: Proactively seek strategic opportunities for SAP application across multiple business areas, providing comprehensive strategic analyses to high-level executives.
• Information Systems Strategy: Develop, lead, or review SAP information systems strategy to support strategic requirements of multiple business areas, ensuring alignment between business and technology directions.
