Timekeeper Clerk
A Timekeeper Clerk is responsible for accurately tracking employee hours, attendance, and leave, ensuring compliance with company policies and payroll regulations. Other duties may be assigned.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain Accurate Records: Track and record employee work hours, attendance, and leave using timekeeping systems and
- Payroll Processing: Compile and verify timesheets, calculate hours worked, and prepare payroll data for
- Address Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in timekeeping records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute payroll reports and assist in audits related to time and
- Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding timekeeping and payroll issues, providing assistance as
- Other duties as assigned.
