Job Description

• Attend standups with dev teams and manage day-to-day technical issues and topics.
• Develop requirements for projects on the roadmap and upcoming
• projects.
• Technical Proficiency – Understanding and ability to master the technical side of the product we manage – Use this knowledge to build out historical documentation for current products
• Help other property products in any development efforts they may need
• Work with the A-PLUS team to develop reporting metrics
• Completes all responsibilities as outlined in the annual Performance Plan.
• Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business information technology or related field. ·
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst/Associate or Project Manager and developing and managing development roadmaps. 5+ years of professional experience as a business analyst/associate or project manager in the insurance industry preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of insurance processes and familiarity with Verisk products is a plus.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between business units and technology teams. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Ability to quickly adapt to evolving business needs.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Certification in Business Analysis or other relevant industry certifications is a plus. 
• Ability to periodically travel to Verisk offices (10-20%)
