We are currently seeking a Senior Data Governance Analyst to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager – Data Strategy & Governance to join our team remotely in the United States.

 

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate stakeholder input and workshops
• Develop and maintain Data asset inventory
• Analyze data sets to document contents, usage, criteria to determine fit for use
• Profile data sets to identify data quality issues, recommend rules, validate with data owners
• Create exception reports, possibly with SQL
• Identify data quality control gaps and remediations
• Set and demonstrate critical data element evaluation guidelines
• Standardize processes, templates, etc.
• Training client and project team members
• Review and analyze existing architecture, policy documentation, and business objectives​
• Prepare initial customized questionnaires and workshop agenda​​
• Analyze current roles and responsibilities supporting defined and de-facto operating models​
• Document current architecture, policies. Processes and improvement opportunities
• Develop artifacts leveraging accelerators for client review and validation​
• Conduct stakeholder validation sessions for impact and changes​
• Create a future-state gap remediation roadmap​
• Present a recommended organization and operating model, including roles and responsibilities​​

 

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience running or developing SQL scripts
• 2+ years experience establishing or full-time role supporting an operational data governance program
• 2+ years leading successful projects in the data space focused on helping clients with Cloud Adoption, Digital Transformation, Data Science / Advanced Analytics, Data Governance/Data Management, MDM, Business Intelligence, Data Architecture / Integration, or Big Data 
• 1+ years of experience in a program complying with external data governance regulations or similar internal policies

 

Preferred Experience:

• SAP end user or administration experience, including Business Objects
• End user or development in Tableau
• Data Governance tools such as Informatica, Collibra, etc
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, analytics, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience 
• 1+ years recent Big 4 and/or other large consulting firm or combination of consulting and industry vertical experience driving the development of collateral/assets, building and managing client and executive relationships, leading proposals and delivering solutions, across multiple industries
• 1+ years’ experience driving new business by owning and defining offerings and leading go-to-market programs. Having developed and presented custom solutions and pricing estimates, which required identifying market priorities and partnering with sales and client teams.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $105,200 to $243,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
