Job Description:

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for managing projects from inception to implementation. Manages all aspects of the project over its entire life including: the initiation, plan development, execution, controls, and implementation. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budgets, and meet business needs.
• Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You’ll Do It

• Acts as a liaison between the business and development resources. Manage all aspects of each project. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business needs.
• Assembles project teams. Aligns roles and responsibilities for all project resources. Ensures project progress is tracked and team members are providing progress updates.
• Assist with business requirements analyses. Manages project scopes, issues, and risks. Ensures change controls are executed appropriately. Estimate work efforts and manage resources accordingly.
• Document agendas, meeting minutes, action items, project plans, and issue logs. Communicate statuses to stakeholders.

Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics

• Bachelors degree in Arts, Information Technology, Business Administration and Management, Project Management, Finance, Social Sciences, Continuous Improvement or related
• 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Risk Management, Continuous Improvement, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related and applicable areas of experience
• In lieu of degree, 8+ years in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience

Bonus Points If You Have

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Risk Management, Continuous Improvement, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related and applicable areas of experience
• 2+ years Payments experience
• 2+ years in contract management/lifecycle experience
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment
• Agile and/or Kanban, PMP

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
