I. Major Responsibilities: 

1.    Provides leadership and guidance to a team of cloud engineers fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
2.    Develops and implements strategies for optimizing our cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
3.    Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design scalable and resilient cloud architectures that meet the organization’s needs and support future growth.
4.    Oversees the deployment of cloud solutions, ensuring the effective provisioning and configuration of cloud resources, monitoring system performance, and addressing operational challenges and they arise.
5.    Ensures that cloud systems comply with industry standards and regulations and implement security best practices to protect data and infrastructure.
 

II.     Position Qualifications:
 

License/Certification/Education:
Required:
1.    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

Preferred:
1.    Master’s degree.
2.    ITIL certified.

Experience/Skill:
Required:
1.    Five (5) years of experience in cloud computing, with a focus on designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure.
2.    Five (5) years of experience in a leadership or management role, with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
3.    Strong understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
4.    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
5.    Strong technical, communication, management skills and experience in managing the operations of a business.  This position typically utilizes management skills more than technical skills.

Preferred:
1.    Healthcare industry experience.
