SUMMARY:  The Senior Client Education Consultant designs, develops and facilitates classroom, online, and custom training classes in support of 84.51° and Kroger solutions. As a senior consultant, this role is responsible for developing effective business-focused training curricula and programs that are aligned with our culture & customer first philosophy. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consult and partner with the business leaders and key stakeholders to develop strategies and plans for delivering solution knowledge to our clients
• Own the design, development, and delivery of 84.51° educational classes and content to clients and Kroger, utilizing a range of learning platforms (i.e., classroom, eLearning, blended solutions, etc.)
• Consult and partner with the Product Management teams to understand the functions and benefits of 84.51° solutions in order to inform and create new and innovative learning deliverables for clients and employees
• Work closely with internal talent development teams to own the delivery of internal training of our solutions
• Participate in the scoping, design and development of online and in-app learning content
• Mentor junior team members around instructional best practice

 

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Solid knowledge of 84.51° products and segmentations
• CPG and/or Kroger knowledge and/or experience
• Strong presentation / facilitation skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external SMEs to develop custom learning content
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to adapt quickly to new technologies
• Consulting or client management skills preferred
• Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
