What You'll Be Doing

• Operate yard loader safely and efficiently to move and load materials.

• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Coordinate with team members to meet production and delivery schedules.

• Monitor material quality and report any issues promptly.

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

• Basic mechanical aptitude for routine equipment checks.

• Reliable and adaptable to changing work priorities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and operate equipment for extended periods.

• Frequent bending, lifting, and climbing in and out of equipment.

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.

• Tolerance for working in outdoor conditions including heat, cold, and uneven terrain.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

• Compliance with all company safety and operational standards.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
