Manager, Global ePLM PA&D

 

Who We Are Looking

The Manager Global ePLM PA&D is accountable for ePLM, IPC activities that results in creation, maintenance and publications on Aftersales derived Engineering and manufacturing related master data for all product and accessories covering both mechanical and software data. Success in this role will lead dealers and customers to the "right part" in all instances as well as provide the foundation on both business growth opportunities in CPQ and eCommerce spaces. The standardization of processes and content in the relevant engineering & Product Lifecycle management (EPLM) manages the lifecycle of a product from it origination as a quote to production and into the field installation. Providing the context, security, tractability and processes needed across enterprise teams and systems to ensure product data is accessible and trustworthy.

What You Will Do

• The incumbent will directly manage ePLM organization comprise of PM and PO positions supporting both Aftersales and Tech Info tracks. Supported by the entire MDM organization.

• Support the continued development of Epsilon1 viewer to support our ePLM process and how this is then fed directly to the eCommerce platform globally.

• Help in the development and implementation of CMII change process in our ePLM project delivery.

• Engaged in the engineering standards requirements to support ePLM efforts for all tracks.

• Co-ordinated the delivery of end-to-end process solutions between Global ePLM teams, business, engineering, manufacturing, and responsible IT teams.

• Will define business data standards and plan & manage the cleansing and harmonization activities

• Global ePLM Manager organizes and develops the ePLM and Global MDM superuser activities to assure a consistent knowledge and information level within the regional MDm teams.

• They will also be responsible for the training and documentation for defined processes.

 

What You Will Bring

•  Minimum of 5 years' experience in parts data management, parts publications, or related technical fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree

• Proven leadership ability, with experience leading multi-functional teams.

• Leadership in implementation of supporting technologies and relating business processes.

• Experience with, or detailed understanding of agriculture, construction, or automotive equipment.

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills required.

• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and team building skills.

• Extensive knowledge of business data management systems.
