Principal Financial Analyst - Special Projects, OCI Workload Health

In this role, you will be an integral part of the OCI Finance, Workload Health team, working on a variety of special projects that are critical to OCI’s success. You will use your financial savvy and analytical skills to conduct research, develop solutions, and drive project completion from start to finish
Main Responsibilities include:
- Partner with various team members to define project scope, objectives, and timelines for special finance initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, modeling, and data visualization to support project goals.
- Research and identify industry best practices relevant to project objectives.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project progress and findings effectively to partners across the organization.
- Prepare presentations and reports to clearly communicate complex financial information.
- Stay up-to-date on current financial trends
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance finance processes and systems.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years finance experience. MBA Preferred.
- Knowledge of Cloud Technology and Infrastructure and/or experience supporting engineering preferred but not required
- Strong finance acuity, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent financial modeling and data analysis skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
