Head of AI - Driving Innovation Across Product & Enterprise (f/m/d)

We are looking for a visionary AI Expert with proven leadership experience to spearhead our AI strategy across two dynamic domains: Product AI and Enterprise AI. Collaborate with top experts in a dynamic, international environment with innovation hubs in Germany, the USA, China, Israel and India. As our Head of AI, you will lead a group of AI developers driving AI innovation across domains. You will play a key role in translating cutting-edge research into scalable solutions, bridging the gap between innovation and implementation.

Possible taks within this role

• Managing and inspiring a group of AI developers working across international hubs as well as fostering collaboration with top experts and diverse stakeholders, aligning teams around strategic objectives
• Developing with the team intelligence features and ensuring integration of AI into real-world automotive and mobility products
• Bridging research and implementation by identifying promising AI technologies and ensuring their scalable deployment as well as engagting with internal and external partners to drive AI transformation
• Product AI Leadership: Driving intelligent features in areas such as Autonomous Driving, Smart Cabin Experiences, and other next-generation mobility solutions
• Enterprise AI Strategy: Leveraging AI to enhance efficiency, logistics, and production processes, unlocking new levels of operational excellence

 

Qualification requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Physics or Electronics with a strong academic background in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, including machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI
• A strong track record of leading AI teams and projects, ideally across both product development and enterprise transformation as well as leadership experience in research, pre-development and development projects in the field of AI & Machine Learning 
• Experience in applying AI to real-world automotive or mobility products as well as enterprise systems (e.g., supply chain optimization, predictive maintenance, intelligent automation)
• Experience working in international setups, collaborating across geographies and cultures
• Strategic thinking, excellent communication skills in English C1 and German B2 and the ability to inspire and align diverse stakeholders
