We apply artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, learning networks, and other data intelligence and analytics in an applied way, embedded into our solutions.Join us in creating people-centric healthcare experiences!This Technical Project Manager (TPM) coordinates all aspects of Cloud Migration projects for OHH with the Integrated Technology automation team. TPM will be responsible for assigning projects and ensuring they are completed on time.
Coordinates work performed by the Oracle Health Hosting Integrated Technology team and internal customers/partners by defining project specifications, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Providing project management and administration for large cloud and on-site products with thousands of servers/containers that are deployed globally
- Candidate will be tasked with driving technical projects that involve service and application migrations, investigating problems, and escalating issues
- Knowledge of AGILE methodologies
- Perform daily audits of project status with engineers
- General knowledge of cloud methodologies (OCI/AWS)
- Coordinate and action security response incident tickets to align with overall security compliance.
- Manage and document security vulnerability initiatives and directives.
- Perform Jira and sprint audits for project completion
- Work closely with OHH Integrated Technology teams on new automation
- Support client/customer Cloud Migration timelines
- Work with client TAM/TPMs to coordinate escalations
- Complete hardware provisioning and/or reclaims.
Qualifications
- Must be a proficient Jira/Confluence user/poweruser - Jira automation and advanced skills are a plus.
- Strong communication and customer facing skills. Will frequently be communicating with our customers on projects.
- Associates/Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
- Project Management experience
- Customer Service/Satisfaction experience
- Information Technology experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance appropriate for this role, which requires you to be a US Citizen.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
