Job Title:                                Production Graphic Artist II

Department / Division:         Global Content Marketing & Creating /Marketing 

Salary Range:                        $55,590 - $71,941 per year plus an annual bonus

Location:                               Ada, MI 

*Note: This position is a hybrid remote/office role, and you must be able to report in person to Ada on Tuesdays through Thursdays as part of our collaboration days* 

 

What do we need:  

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Amway’s Project Managers of Artwork, Packaging Engineers and Packaging Conceptual Designers and others to create global packaging artworks. This role calls for a highly collaborative professional with a strong understanding of graphic artist standards, experience with print production and demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team focused environment. 

 

Required Qualifications:  

• 0-1 years of experience in graphic design with a BA/BS Degree in graphic design, packaging design, or related field.
• At least 4 years of related experience in lieu of a BA/BS degree.
• Portfolio content demonstrates a clear understanding of the fundaments of design, typography, and packaging design
• Understanding of Print Production, Art Direction, Branding, Graphic Design, Illustration, and Typesetting
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite with expert knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with sustainability awareness, packaging materials, technical regulations & legal requirements, time management skills and attention to detail
