<p>Job Title</p>Senior Scrum Master<p></p><p>Summary of the Role </p><p></p><p>Amadeus is committed to providing customers globally with superior service to ensure their success in using Amadeus solutions. Amadeus Enterprise Program Services team offers first line service to its global customer base in the hospitality industry. The first priority of the Enterprise Program Services team is to onboard successfully every customer (individual or group) and make them successful in using our products. </p><p></p><p>As part of these solutions, Amadeus has created the Amadeus Hotel Platform (AHP) to provide an integrated Central Reservation System (CRS) and Property Management System (PMS) solution to support large multi-national hotel chains.</p><p></p><p>Our team belongs to the Enterprise Program Services department, under Hospitality-Global Customer Operations. </p><p>Our role is to provide robust, efficient set of solutions, tools and complex processes to migrate chains &amp; hotels to our CRS and PMS solutions, in the most optimized way for our Customers and for Amadeus. This includes initial data migration to set up the systems with the current Customer data but now, also data management as part of aCRS Product, to massively update their data in the most optimal way, providing operational speed and lowering costs on their daily operations.</p><p></p><p>As part of SAFe Implementations, we work as a Scrum Team along with the rest of Scrum Teams per Product/component. The Scrum Team is already working in Agile, as part of one of the Agile Release Trains for CRS. The Scrum Master coaches an Agile team, is accountable for teaching Agile methodology and practices to their team members and participates regularly to the Scrum Master Community. </p><p></p><p>We are looking for a Scrum Master for leading and coaching the development team to help drive repeatable, predictable and safe data migration and set up for our CRS and PMS solutions.</p><p></p><p>In this role you’ll / Your main responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices. Facilitate Scrum events and other Agile ceremonies.</p></li><li><p>Ensure Alignment by Agile team events (planning, refinements, review, retrospectives, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Facilitate all ceremonies at team level (Sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective, daily standup)</p></li><li><p>Provide visibility of the actions to be taken for each role after each retrospective meeting</p></li><li><p>Actively prepare and participate to all team ceremonies at Train level (Teams breakouts during the PI planning event, System demo, ART sync )</p></li><li><p>Support the Product Owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction. Reviewing quality of the deliverables, understanding Business Owners's expectations vs Team deliverables. Promoting changes to improve documentation and communication with other teams</p></li><li><p>Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.  Provide actions for different roles to improve team performance on each Sprint</p></li><li><p>Support Product Owners to maintain a healthy Product Backlog and to write User Stories. Provide team's feedback from retrospective to improve the quality of Backlog and description of User Stories</p></li><li><p>Work with Product Management, Product Owners and other stakeholders to help filling the backlog and demonstrating Agile mindset</p></li><li><p>Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings</p></li><li><p>Protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions. Lead discussions with the Agile Coach and Agile Release Train Engineer in case there are difficulties to follow the framework</p></li><li><p>Help the team to improve the product development lifecycle and the software development lifecycle</p></li><li><p>Track data for KPIs to measure team effort, contribute to the creation of reports. Provide experience on reports tools and examples of metrics built in previous scrum or developer teams</p></li><li><p>Report to the line manager a clear description of the responsibilities that each role needs to improve to increase the performance of the team</p></li></ul><p></p><p>About the ideal candidate:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in a related business field required</p></li><li><p>Previous work experience as a Scrum Master</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of SAFe</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks </p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work within a team as well as individually</p></li><li><p>Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate</p></li><li><p>Fluent English</p></li><li><p>Open-minded person and team player    </p></li></ul><p>                                                                      </p><p>What we can offer you</p><p></p><p>An extensive range of benefits including:</p><ul><li><p>You will be part of a multi-cultura
