Director Commercial Capabilities

Services include technical support, maintenance services, condition monitoring, asset efficiency optimization, engineering consultancy and training.
Within SKF, the Group Commercial Excellence team have the responsibility to drive globally all the Industries and Product Lines strategies and the strategic tasks to guarantee we have: all the commercial capabilities to deliver those strategies, the best sales excellence process, and the best customer experience.
Key responsibilities
• Drive SKF commercial journey: create and deploy the right teams, strategy, governance, offers and processes to scale our future
• Develop SKF commercial capabilities and guide the implementation and execution of the business activities to ensure that our sales organization is connected and cooperating, data and insight oriented and acts in a holistic and globally consistent manner
• Manage overall group portfolio profitability of all industries, geographies, and product lines to ensure focus on most value-adding activities for SKF
• Provide commercial frameworks and guidelines in key commercial roles to drive business impact and engagement
• Own SKF commercial tools (pricing, CRM, dashboards, …) and SKF Sales Academy
We expect you to have
• Can-do, hands-on capability, with high energy to build world class practices and experience
• A positive drive for change to create improved performance and adapt to global trends
• Ability to influence and lead people at all levels
• Capacity to drive some of work tasks as well as have a team
• Professional experience within sales processes, CRM, Pricing, and customer experience
• Sales skills and operational experience are highly desirable
• Good IT and customer integration knowledge
• Excellent communication skills in English

Additional information
The position will be at located at SKF Headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden, or in Lansdale, PA, USA, in local contract.
