Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior leasing experience preferred, but a strong customer service/sales background is a must!
• Bilingual? That’s a plus, but not required
• Professional appearance and office-appropriate attire
• Positive attitude, problem solver, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Familiarity with Entrata and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram is preferred
• Ability to walk properties frequently and climb stairs
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and a true team player
• Weekend availability (Saturdays are a must)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lease agreements and rental deposits
• Ensure “model” apartments are always tour-ready
• Maintain accurate resident and property files
• Know the lease terms, rental rates, and property amenities inside and out
• Use effective leasing and phone techniques
• Handle screening and lease application processes
• Conduct daily property inspections to ensure everything is in tip-top shape
• Build relationships with local businesses for marketing and leasing materials
• Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
• Adhere to OSHA, EPA standards, and Fair Housing regulations
