Atlantic Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Per Diem Speech‑Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our Acute Care Rehabilitative Services team. The ideal candidate will provide high‑quality, patient‑centered evaluations and treatments to individuals with communication, cognitive‑linguistic, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive‑linguistic, voice, and swallowing evaluations in acute care with adults.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
- Provide therapy services in accordance with established standards of practice and regulatory guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, patients, and families to support optimal outcomes.
- MBSS competency preferred. FEEs mentorship available.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program, required
- Current state licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist, required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) from ASHA required; Will consider a CF for the right candidate.
- Experience in the medical field preferred working with adults, preferred.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.
- BLS, preferred
