Description

Malvern Health, Inc. is currently seeking a professional, full time Human Resources Coordinator to serve our location in Willow Grove, PA. This position is a full time, exempt, benefit eligible opportunity, working in the healthcare field. 

Position Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator serves as the on-site, professional Human Resources individual to support all Human Resources functions and the employees who work at the assigned site location. Maintains Human Resource files on all employees and ensures accurate credentialing and training compliance.  Maximizes the strategic use of human resources and completes various projects.

Summary of Essential Position Functions:

  • Completes all new hire paperwork; ensures policies are reviewed and schedules orientation for newly hired staff.
  • Serves as positive role model for all staff.
  • Support staff that work at the assigned local facility.
  • Assists and acts as lead on employment issues and/or employee relation issues.
  • Serves as leader for employee recognition efforts and committee at assigned site. 
  • Ensures compliance with worker’s compensation claims.
  • Acts as a liaison between general staff and Human Resources Manager regarding communication and benefits administration.
  • Prepares reports for the Corporate Office including, HR New Hire report, annual EEO-1 Report,  benefits administration, staff development, etc.
  • Maintains all Human Resources files to include training documentation, clearances and credentialing.
  • Assists in posting position, screening applicants if needed, and revising job descriptions if needed.
  • Completes unemployment paperwork and employment verifications.
  • Sends out notices when credentials are due on a monthly basis, send out notices when evaluations are due, completes monthly exclusions screening report on all employees.
  • Completes criminal checks on staff as needed.
  • Assists with wage compensation analysis and reports.
  • Represents organization and fosters a positive atmosphere for employees.
  • Other duties as assigned.
