Job Description

What will you take care of?

As an Accounting and Administration Intern, you will be part of the Accounting Team within our Finance and Administration department.

Help shaping the future: Provide concrete and operative contribution in the Accounting Department.

Take on responsibility: Within the team you will

  • Support general administrative activities: invoices, reconciliations, statements, procedures;
  • Support with payment reminder,
  • Help with administrative annual closures,
  • Provide support when needed to Controlling functions and participate in ongoing projects.

Experience cooperation: You will work with the Accounting Manager and the entire Accounting team in a stimulating environment.

Tools and Software

  • Microsoft Office
  • SAP

Qualifications

What distinguishes you?

 Education: University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business/Economics/Finance or equivalent

 Know-how/Organizational and Personal Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Good analysis skills
  • Precision and flexibility
  • "Hands-on" approach

Languages: Fluent Italian and good English, German will be a plus.
