Job Description: 

This position is responsible for monitoring raw products for shipping or receiving and insuring products have passed all critical control points and been released by pre-shipment reviewer while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• The Data Collector is responsible for checking and recording temperatures of finished product out of the oven. 
• They are also responsible for grading the product for overlaps, mis-shapes, broken pieces, folds, breader voids, or anything else that is not desired in our finished product. 
• All of this must be done in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

• Data Collector must be able to meet all requirements on procedures for HACCP checkers and be able to calculate averages, ranges, and other mathematical equations.
• Operator must be able to read thermometers correctly and be able maintain and keep proper documentation for HACCP.
• Operator will be required to take a HACCP training class. Operator must be able to communicate data with the group leaders, QA, and supervisors in all areas of the plant and be able to take appropriate actions if foreign material is found in the process.
• Operator must be able to perform paperwork accurately, and legible on paper or in plant-view and able to perform HACCP checks and SOP’s in plant view.
• Operator must be able to perform physical duties which require a lot of bending, twisting, standing and walking and be able to work long hours and Sat and Sun if needed.
• Operator must be able to work in extreme conditions varying temperatures from hot to cold and be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Operator must comply with all other requests from supervisor.
• Operator must have good communication skills, both verbal and written and possess good basic math skills

Operator must be willing/able to perform any other task assigned by management
