- Engage with customers via phone, email, and our efficient ticketing system, Zendesk.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues with precision and care.

- Keep track of support cases and follow up diligently to guarantee swift resolutions.
Requirements
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field.
- A knack for effective phone communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess patience, empathy, and a dedication to providing top-tier service.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
