What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant
• Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure consistency and excellence
• Collaborate with chef and kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fine-dining kitchen
• Passion for food, hospitality and continuous learning
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
