Business Insights Developer II

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support external-facing analytics products.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and customer success teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability across all customer-facing data products.
• Develop and maintain data models and transformation workflows that support reporting and self-service analytics.
• Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to the evolution of our data architecture and engineering best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and a programming language such as Python or Scala.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with modern data tools and frameworks such as Databricks, Apache Spark, and dbt.
• Experience working with external customers or building customer-facing data solutions is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a product-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
