At Romie Lane Pet Hospital, we’re looking for a dedicated RVT to join our growing team in beautiful Salinas, CA—just a short drive from the stunning Monterey Bay.

About the Role

You’ll step into a general practice environment that balances clinical excellence with light-hearted team spirit.

We have a solid flow of loyal clients from the local communities and surrounding areas, and a team that’s all about pulling together, pitching in, and making it happen — with a few laughs along the way.

What We're Looking For

• Support veterinarians in patient examinations, diagnoses, treatments, and overall clinical care.
• Perform medical and technical procedures such as blood draws, IV catheter placement, radiography, anesthesia monitoring, and lab testing.
• Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments under veterinary direction while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Provide client education and compassionate nursing care, monitoring hospitalized patients and addressing pet health concerns.
• Maintain clinic operations, including accurate recordkeeping, inventory management, and ongoing professional development.
• Ability to work M-F, 8am-5pm or 8:30-5:30 or 9-6 (flexible)
