Operations Coordinator

USA Vein Clinics, Vascular Centers, and Fibroid Centers are looking to add a organized and motivated Operations Coordinator to our team! As an Operations Coordinator, you will support our Development Team to ensure that all 200+ clinics nationally run smoothly day to day.

This position is located on-site at our Corporate Headquarters located in Northbrook, Illinois!

Responsibilities

• Supports the Development Team in the Operations Department
• Coordinate physician and employee travel accommodations, company-wide.
• Perform general clerical duties in to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
• Complete special projects as directed in a timely manner
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Range: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, required.
• Deadline oriented
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• High attention to detail
• Ability to make quick decisions
• Ability to work independently
