About the role

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY 

  • Deal poker games in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. 

  • Greet guests at poker tables, provide information about the game, and answer questions regarding procedures. 

  • Collect rake at the end of each bet and upon completion of the game, ensuring accuracy and proper drop procedures. 

  • Maintain integrity of the game and create an engaging, professional atmosphere for players. 

  • Maintain working knowledge of company policies, internal controls, and gaming regulations. 

  • Provide exceptional guest service and uphold Caesars’ standards of professionalism and hospitality. 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS 

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. 

  • Ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at assigned area. 

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. 

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and highstress environment. 

  • Ability to respond to visual and auditory cues. 

  • Ability to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust. 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED 

  • High school diploma or GED required. 

  • Must have knowledge and experience dealing poker at a licensed venue.
