The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT project management within a manufacturing environment, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing, quality processes and technologies.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></b></p><p><b><span>Program Management: </span></b></p><ul><li><span>Lead, shape, and manage large-scale IT programs across multiple manufacturing sites. </span></li><li><span>Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets. </span></li><li><span>Ensure all projects within the program are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. </span></li></ul><p><b><span>Stakeholder Engagement </span></b></p><ul><li><span>Collaborate with senior management, manufacturing leaders, and other stakeholders to define program objectives and requirements. </span></li><li><span>Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals. </span></li></ul><p><b><span>Project Execution: </span></b></p><ul><li><span>Oversee the execution of IT projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices without compromising on quality. </span></li><li><span>Partner and interact with sites in respect to country/site PMs/ Senior IT by establishing governance and ensuring effective use of resources to meet program objectives.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate and manage project teams, including internal resources and third-party vendors. </span></li><li><span>Ensure effective risk management, issue resolution, and change management throughout the project lifecycle. </span></li></ul><p><b><span>Technology Integration: </span></b></p><ul><li><span>Lead the integration of existing and new technologies and systems into manufacturing operations. </span></li><li><span>Ensure seamless implementation of IT solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety. </span></li><li><span>Serves as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions. </span></li><li><span>Collaborate closely with IT and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. </span></li></ul><p><b><span>Continuous Improvement: </span></b></p><ul><li><span>Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within manufacturing sites. </span></li><li><span>Implement best practices and standardize processes across multiple sites. </span></li><li><span>Monitor program performance and conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure continuous improvement. </span></li></ul><p><b><span>Compliance and Security:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Ensure IT programs comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. </span></li><li><span>Implement robust security measures to protect manufacturing systems and data. </span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications: </span></b><span>Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Experience: </span></b></p><ul><li><span>Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment. </span></li><li><span>5 years experience of program management in manufacturing. Ideally with Global Projects.</span></li><li><span>Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT programs, mergers & acquisitions across multiple sites. </span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Certifications:</span></b><span> PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications preferred. </span></p><ul><li><span>Strong leadership and team management skills. </span></li><li><span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </span></li><li><span>Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies. </span></li><li><span>Proficiency in project management tools and software. </span></li><li
