Required Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Higher Education, Management or related field.
- Minimum three years experience.
- Demonstrated ability to establish productive and professional relationships with faculty and global partners.
- Extreme attention-to-detail and ability to follow difficult tasks to completion.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in project management. In particular: decision-making, organization, flexibility, prioritization, problem-solving and time management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills for a variety of audiences and stakeholders. Especially strong written communication skills across cultural perspectives.
- Highly motivated, energetic and creative.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a productive and supportive member of a small team.
- Knowledge of higher education and study abroad environment especially on important topics such as diversity, accessibility, funding, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, International studies, Psychology, Business, Writing, Anthropology or related field.
- 3-5 years experience working in higher education environment.
- Experience in career development or coaching.
- Marketing, recruiting, sales experience.
- Knowledge of student advising theories and effective strategies.
- Skills in data analytics, statistics, and excel.
