Required Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Higher Education, Management or related field.
• Minimum three years experience.

Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to establish productive and professional relationships with faculty and global partners.
• Extreme attention-to-detail and ability to follow difficult tasks to completion.
• Demonstrated skills and experience in project management. In particular: decision-making, organization, flexibility, prioritization, problem-solving and time management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills for a variety of audiences and stakeholders. Especially strong written communication skills across cultural perspectives.
• Highly motivated, energetic and creative.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a productive and supportive member of a small team.
•  Knowledge of higher education and study abroad environment especially on important topics such as diversity, accessibility, funding, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, International studies, Psychology, Business, Writing, Anthropology or related field.
• 3-5 years experience working in higher education environment.
• Experience in career development or coaching.
• Marketing, recruiting, sales experience.
• Knowledge of student advising theories and effective strategies.
• Skills in data analytics, statistics, and excel.
