Shift Schedule: 1st
- Monday - Friday 7a-3:30pm
Pay: $20/hourly

Job Purpose: The objective of the Receiver position is to receive in product that has been offloaded using RF scanners, repalletizing items to be stored into its precised locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists Warehouse Manager to ensure efficient operation of the warehouse.
- Utilize RF Scanner, receiving in product, wrapping, staging and labeling.
- General understanding of computers and handheld RF equipment.
- Loads and unloads RJW truck / trailers safely and efficiently using proper procedures, including outside carriers equipment.
- Flexible to work 10 to 12 hours shifts when necessary and not afraid of heights.
- moving stock from 1 lb. to 50 lbs. multiple times.
- Ensures all shipments are correctly scanned and received into system properly.
- Maintains warehouse area with orderly stacking and good housekeeping.
- Processing delievered cross-dock freight as necessary.
- Oversees storing stock properly in the warehouse and moving product into the storage racks.
- Records and verifies the accuracy of the shipments against the paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments / deliveries.
- Ensures all documentation and paperwork is properly completed.
- Able to follow all OSHA regulations, RJW safety policies, and procedures.
- Handles all customer products properly and orderly.
- Checks deliveries for poor packing, general condition of materials, and free of damage. Alerts Warehouse Supervisor of any problems, taking pictures if necessary.
- Reports all accidents / incidents, to employee, damage of stock, or building damage to the Shift Supervisor immediately.
- Spotting of trailers to maintain efficient yard organization and flow of equipment for the day.
- Maintains access to dock doors both inside and outside the facility keeping them free of debris or snow.
- Other tasks as assigned by manager/supervisor.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Possesses a sense of urgency, accountability, and be able to work with limited supervision.
- General understanding of computers and handheld RF equipment.
- He/she must be able to read, write, and understand English.
- Attention to detail and quality a must.
- Good communication, clear and concise, problem resolution, and people skills.
- Flexibility in working overtime when needed, and supplying coverage to other shifts.
- PC skills helpful.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 months of General Labor experience in a warehouse using a RF scanner required.
- Good stable work record.
Education and/or Experience Required:
- Warehousing certifications a plus.
Language Skills Sets:
- Must be able to communicate, read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
