1. Follow recipes and deviations at all times. Unauthorized deviations are strictly forbidden.
2. Comply with all FDA rules, procedures and work practices.

4. Maintain confidential information on recipes.
5. Report all deviations from the recipe.
IV.
Operations:
1. Possess good mechanical skills, troubleshooting skills, general maintenance, and good understanding of operation of production machinery.
2. Requires knowledge of machinery, mechanisms, pneumatics, bearings, gears, seals, sprockets, belts and vari-drives.
3. Possess basic electrical skills to include troubleshooting of small HP motors and electrical control circuits on production line and auxiliary equipment. Must be able to read electrical drawings and schematics for basic AC circuits.
4. Recommends improvement in area of responsibility.
5. Consistently applies effective troubleshooting skills.
6. Completes cost effective repairs in a timely manner.
7. Interprets and understands engineering drawings, manufacturer’s instructions, and plant maintenance procedures and specifications.
