What emerging digital technology will you add to the mix? 

 

As Digital Product Analyst working on myPurina and Petfinder products as well as the Growth and Experimentation Team, you’ll be a critical part of our digital product team. Working cross-functionally with a team of developers, UX designers, UX researchers, content publishers and data analysts, you’ll lead the analysis of four digital products as well as the data-driven optimization of all the digital products in our portfolio through hypothesis-based experimentation . We’ll count on you to be an analytical and strategic thinker, able to anticipate and resolve problems before they arise.  

 

  • Design experiments, review and validate test data, conduct analysis and report results 
  • Provide technical leadership/vision and support the continued development of experimentation methodologies 
  • Guide development teams on implementation of experimentation tools  
  • Research and analyze business trends & customer behavior data to identify opportunities for data-driven experiments to improve KPIs 
  • Lead tagging strategy for all new and existing features and functionality 
  • Build dashboards to empower product, marketing, and business teams to quickly and easily analyze performance of product and individual features and flows 
  • Analyze potential markets, competitor positioning, and customer buying patterns to project points of user friction and drop-off, key product features/requirements, optimizations for increasing engagement, and retention  
  • Ensure that the impact of product development and marketing approaches are clear and actionable, proactively recommending improvements and optimizations to drive customer needs and business objectives 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution 
  • 5+ years of experience working with digital product, analytics, and experimentation 
  • 2+ years of experience setting up and analyzing experiments on digital products (LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, FireBase Remote Config) 
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing digital product data using Google Analytics 

 

Other

  • Proficiency in GA4 (Google Analytics 4) Looker Studio, BIG Query, Power BI is preferred 

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $87,000 to $120,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
