Overview: The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the strategic direction of our product portfolio. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure that our lighting products align with market trends, customer needs, and company objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's goals and market opportunities. Create and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term priorities with long-term vision.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights. Use data and customer feedback to drive product decisions, improvements and apply Market Research directly.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, and manufacturing) to develop new products and enhance existing ones, ensuring timely delivery.
- Go-to-Market Planning: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to define go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to drive product improvements and innovation.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and take data-driven actions to achieve targets.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure products meet regulatory standards and sustainability goals in all markets.
- Leadership: Assist in the training & mentorship of new Product Managers. Work directly with the Product Director to update and improve current product processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in Ecommerce, or in the lighting or electrical products industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with lighting technologies, LED systems, and industry standards.
- Project Management: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high quality. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market.

- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret data and make sound decisions.
