The Opportunity

This position is an onsite opportunity in the Abbott Diabetes Care Division. We are helping people with Diabetes lead healthier, happier lives.   As a global leader in diabetes care, Abbott is constantly working to deliver the highest quality products and unwavering support to our customers.  Consistent and accurate glucose monitoring is the foundation of any diabetes management plan, so we’re committed to continuous improvement in the way patients and professionals measure, track and analyze glucose levels.

As a Senior Product Manager, US Digital Portfolio you will be part of the FreeStyle Libre Ecosystem and Strategic Partnerships team with key responsibilities. This is an onsite opportunity in Alameda, CA.

What You'll Do

  • Drives the US commercial roadmap for digital products by leading and supporting digital product launches; shapes product feature prioritization to align with current customer needs. Builds consensus with key stakeholders and manage  project prioritization and resourcing. Leads and supports development of performance dashboards to track usage, generate insights to inform future strategies and brand consistency improvements.
  • For new digital product launches, provides input as SME to cross-functional project delivery team with brand, commercial, business operations, analytics, IT, and agency teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
  • Ensures smooth releases for on-market digital products by initiating early access programs for testing and preparing Customer Service with FAQs and communication toolkits.
  • Collaborates with global and US Marketing teams to localize content and support rollout and execution with excellence.
  • Supports the deployment and optimization of Abbott’s digital health solutions on the Libre brand ensuring alignment with US commercial objectives.
  • Works across cross functional teams to drive digital portfolio adoption with focus on Libre app, LibreLinkUp app (Caregiver app) and LibreView for HCPs. Ensures adherence to Abbott’s standards for regulatory, privacy, and quality compliance in a highly regulated environment.

Experience You'll Bring

Required

  • Bachelors Degree with at least 4-6 years of related experience ideally in Health Tech/Medical Devices, with at least 1 year of experience in Product management, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience.
  • 3+ years of healthcare experience
  • Strong critical thinking and market analytics capabilities Execution-oriented with a proven record of commercial results, strategic planning, and project management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic and ambiguous environm
