Our Residential Treatment Center (RTC) is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our campus team. This role is an essential part of providing around-the-clock care to youth who are working toward emotional stability, healthier coping skills, and long-term recovery. What You’ll Do

As an RTC LVN, you will:

• Deliver daily nursing care, including medication administration, vitals, and health assessments
   
• Provide timely responses to medical concerns, injuries, or crisis situations
   
• Monitor and document physical and emotional changes in clients
   
• Support treatment goals by working closely with therapists, BHTs, and clinical staff
   
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all care provided
   
• Help ensure a safe, structured, trauma-informed environment on campus
   
• Offer health education and guidance to youth as part of their treatment journey

Requirements

What You Bring

We’re looking for an LVN who:

• Holds a current LVN license in [State]
   
• Has a genuine interest in working with youth in residential mental health care
   
• Communicates with compassion, clarity, and professionalism
   
• Stays calm and confident when responding to high-stress or crisis situations
   
• Works well as part of a team and values collaborative care
   
• Has prior behavioral health or RTC experience (preferred but not required)
