<h2>Basic Function</h2>
<p>Embark on an exciting financial journey as a Senior Accountant in Poznan, playing a pivotal role that extends beyond borders to support diverse Statutory Reporting activities within the Controlling & Accounting Organization (CAO) in Europe. </p>
<p>Your mission? Prepare Statutory Reporting, Execute Month-end close activities, and have end-to-end ownership of assigned legal entities, while contributing to the evolution of Finance and Group's initiatives. <br/>
</p>
<h2>Roles & Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Execute Month-end close activities with precision, in accordance with SLA agreements, showcasing your expertise in financial scrutiny.</li>
<li>Support Group Audits and Statutory Audit procedures, navigating and communicating seamlessly with multiple teams.</li>
<li>Play a key role in preparing statutory financial reporting and providing robust support for Statutory and Local Compliance activities in collaboration with CAO Country teams, all in alignment with SLA agreements.</li>
<li>Partner with CAO and non-CAO stakeholders, ensuring a seamless blend of statutory and local compliance requirements for your assigned activities.</li>
<li>Make your mark in supporting the evolution of Finance and Group's initiatives, providing valuable assistance to shape the CAO landscape of tomorrow.</li>
<li>Contribute your expertise to the standardization and automation of processes within the SSC scope, paving the way for a more effective and efficient shared services organization.</li>
<li>Support in performance of SOX controls within your area of responsibility, ensuring financial integrity.<br/>

<h2>Min. Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>University degree in Finance/Accounting or Economics (or equivalent).</li>
<li>Polish GAAP (Advanced), IFRS (Basic), US GAAP (Basic).</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of SAP.</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint. </li>
<li>Proficiency in Polish and English.</li>
<li>Effective communication and teamwork skills. </li>
<li>Analytical skills.</li>
<li>Well organized, able to prioritize.</li>
<li>Customer focused.</li>
<li>Flexible and agile mindset, able to navigate in complex and changing environments.</li>
<li>Developing and leveraging relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve results.</li>

<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>Experience with SAFT.</li>
<li>Knowledge of OneStream and management reporting systems.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Thomson Reuters Statutory Reporting software.</li>
