Belay Technologies is seeking an Analyst Division Director to lead the growth, employee engagement, and financial and operational health of Belay's Analyst workforce. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced analyst ready to transition into a leadership role while continuing to support mission operations.
This dual-hatted position requires the successful candidate to independently qualify for and perform as a fully billable analyst under an approved contract labor category while also providing leadership for the Analyst Division in support of customer and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Demonstrated ability to independently satisfy the education, experience, technical, and mission requirements of at least one approved analyst labor category: TDNA, DNEA, EA, or CNDA.
- At least 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in Intelligence Community analysis, cyber operations, network exploitation, defensive cyber operations, or a closely related mission area. A Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, or managing analysts in a government-contracting or mission environment.
- Knowledge of federal contracting, subcontract performance, labor categories, staffing, bill rates, and contract financial performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication, customer-engagement, interpersonal, and executive-briefing skills.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage sensitive personnel, contract, financial, and mission information.
- Ability to balance demanding customer mission responsibilities with internal leadership obligations.
LCAT-Specific Qualification Considerations
We’re looking for a director-level candidate who qualifies under one of the following labor categories (LCATs):
- TDNA: Experience with target development, collection analysis, metadata analysis, social-network analysis, intelligence gaps, agency tools, and relevant databases.
- DNEA: Strong knowledge of IP networks, network infrastructure, traffic flows, SIGINT, exploitation planning, cybersecurity data, and target-development processes.
- EA: Experience exploiting structured and unstructured information, conducting intelligence research, synthesizing complex data, and producing actionable analytical reporting.
- CNDA: Experience with cyber threat monitoring, incident response, network defense, vulnerability analysis, security tools, operating systems, and continuous monitoring. Relevant certifications are preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties aligned with the assigned TDNA, DNEA, EA, or CNDA labor category while meeting customer, contract, and mission performance requirements.
- Lead the Analyst Division by establishing strategic priorities, managing operations, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, interview, and retain highly qualified personnel while partnering with internal teams to support workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and employee development.
- Mentor and coach employees by providing career guidance, identifying training needs, and supporting professional growth and succession planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government customers, prime contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful contract execution and mission delivery.
