Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses, and will have a strong desire to make a positive impact on their lives. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide hands-on care to patients.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Physical Therapist in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients

- Provide hands-on care to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic activities

- Monitor patients' progress and report any changes to the Physical Therapist

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to do at home to aid in their recovery

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

Requirements:

- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting or related field

- Current state license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform therapeutic activities with patients

- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
