Job Description

The Operations Analyst Jr. will be responsible for the daily, weekly, and monthly incentive reporting that meets the needs of Engagement and center leadership as well as special projects as assigned. These reports will allow center leadership to credibly translate data into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will be able to support the Analyst Team by adapting quickly to reporting needs, and develop metrics for related daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

The Operations Analyst will provide reporting that meets the daily, weekly, monthly, and annual needs of Operations and center leadership. These reports will allow them to credibly translate data into actionable recommendations.  The Analyst will also provide multilevel project tracking to improve efficiencies within Operations. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt quickly to reporting needs and develop metrics and related reporting that can be used to centralize processes on a wide scale across 40+ service centers.

The Operations Analyst Sr will lead in creating daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting needs of Operations and center leadership. These reports will allow them to credibly translate data into actionable recommendations.  The Analyst Sr. will provide multilevel project tracking to improve efficiencies within Operations. The Analyst Sr. will be responsible for working with Engagement business lines to assist in the creation of more complex reporting processes designed to analyze and track trends, and outliers, and identify efficiencies.  The ideal candidate will be able to adapt quickly to reporting needs and develop metrics and related reporting that can be used to centralize processes on a wide scale across 40+ service centers.

Essential Functions for the Analyst Junior Level:

  • Analyze Report data- create and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as inputting historical data for sales and accuracy based on missing data and exceptions.
  • Review and report trends and outliers associated with incentive reporting. Tracking and reporting on Ent Protect, and other products and services as necessary.
  • Create new reports for centralizing processes for real-time monitoring.
  • Special projects- complete special departmental assignments and/or Ad Hoc projects as needed.
  • Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Essential Functions for the Analyst level:

  • Analyze Report data - Create and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as input historical data for sales and accuracy based on missing data.
  • Review and interpret trends and make recommendations based on analytical data for staffing, sales efficiencies, and other required analyses.

  • Create new reports for centralizing processes for real-time monitoring. 

  • Special Projects - Complete special departmental assignments and/or Ad Hoc projects as needed.

  • Data governance helps to ensure that data is usable, accessible, and protected.  If you are designated as a Data Custodian, Data Steward, or Data Owner, you are subject to the additional duties outlined in the employee handbook as part of your essential job duties.

  • Review and interpret trends and make recommendations based on analytical data for staffing, sales efficiencies, and other required analyses.

  • Special Projects - Complete special departmental assignments and/or Ad Hoc projects as needed.

  • Analyze Report data - Create and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as input historical data for sales and accuracy based on missing data.

  • Create new reports for centralizing processes for real-time monitoring. 

  • Project tracking for efficiencies and avoiding duplication.
