It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work onsite for three (3) or more days a week and will have a dedicated workspace when working onsite. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

Summary of the Job:

 

A Delivery Team Lead works on the delivery team and reports to the Delivery Manager. The individual is the primary point of communication with management and stakeholders to orchestrate the day-to-day work of the team. The Program Analyst manages work intake and execution for the delivery team in an Agile environment and organizes work for the team through the Kanban framework on a Kanban board. Looking for a candidate with excellent collaboration skills, a desire to lead in a team atmosphere, and the ability to organize work and oversee through completion.

About This Role:

 

  • Responsible for work orchestration of projects, epics, stories, and requests/tickets and managing work in workflow software application (OneSource ServiceNow) for the delivery team
  • Ability to lead work breakdown exercises to create projects, epics, and stories
  • Provide status updates on delivery team’s work and escalates risks and works to remove blockers or impediments when identified
  • Manage work for the team on a Kanban board, facilitate Kanban ceremonies, and review Kanban metrics and KPIs
  • Manage dependencies with other teams and attend or hold Scrum-of-Scrum ceremonies when appropriate
  • Ensure adherence to software development life cycle (SDLC) governance
  • Help prioritize work with team or facilitate priority discussions to balance planned work versus request ticket queues
  • Leads team-led intake ceremonies for projects such as performing demand assessments and progressive elaborations for team led project size work
  • Build and maintain Stakeholder business and technology relationships. Responsible for communication and scope negotiation with stakeholders, business units, and vendors (when appropriate). May represents multiple business units and works directly with those business units, and acts as the business units voice within the delivery team acting in their best interest supporting the BU strategy and vision.
  • Backlog management and prioritization in conjunction with input from stakeholders (technology and business units)
  • Build and maintain Team roadmap with input from stakeholders (technology and business units)
  • Manage intake for incident tickets and production support
  • May support multiple teams

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

 

  • Business, Systems, or Program Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Project Management experience (1-3 years)
  • Understanding and experience working in Agile environment and Kanban or Scrum framework (1-3 years)
  • Experience in a role leading team (1-3 years)
  • Professional technology experience (5 years)
  • Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Continuous improvement and demonstratable experience of improving process and teams
  • Road mapping, story writing, backlog management, and release planning
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline or equivalent experience is required
  • Onsite/Remote designation is at Delivery Manager discretion

Compensation:

 

Compensation range (base pay): $88,067.00-$145,309.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
