This role will focus on the creation and operation of a center of excellence for legal entity ownership to aid in producing consistent, trusted, accurate, and transparent reporting to deliver value for the business. What You Will Do

• Strategic Leadership: Develop, socialize, and deploy a strategy for legal entity ownership, including developing and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for accounting, reporting, and governance of legal entities. Identify measures that matter to understand effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Talent Development and Culture: Partner with legal entity owner supervisors to facilitate professional development of the team identifying individual strengths, providing targeted coaching, and creating opportunities for development. Support building of well-rounded team members who develop a controller mindset and understand the importance of financial review and controls.
